A recipe handed down through my family for generations that works great,
Mix 1 tsp of baking soda, dash of salt and a few drops of white vinger together, (this will foam) Brush after wards with your regular tooth paste for a dazzling smile. Works a treat.
Another simpler method using baking soda, is make a paste of baking powder and water, rub on teeth, rince this also give a pearly white smile.
Using plain table salt will remove plague, and bad breath, the spronkle salt on tooth paste to for a second brush will leave your mouth feeling fresh, clean and bright.
Apple Cider Vinger 100%, to whiten your teeth is a very effective method to not only whiten but also leave your mouth feeling squeaky clean and hygienic. Remember to dilute with water.
An apple a day will not only keep the doctor away but also the dentist.
These home remedies are very effective as diy teeth whitening treatments, I would recommend to brush your teeth with tooth paste after you apply each remedy and rinse your mouth after each application.

Do not try to remove or scrape off stains with your fingure nails or other sharp objects as you can damage the emamal on your teeth.
